This is a 30-minute, trauma-informed conversation where we slow down the chaos together.
We’ll explore what’s happening in your mind, body and relationships and identify what actually needs attention right now.

  • get clarity on what support you actually need

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned the hard way, after years of therapy and personal healing is this:

you can’t think your way out of narcissistic abuse, anxiety or overthinking.

You have to feel your way through it.

My coaching is trauma-informed, empowering, and nervous system-led.


I’m also IFS-informed, which means we work with the parts of you that feel stuck in survival mode with compassion, not shame.
