Hey, I'm Sophie

I'm a somatic trauma-informed coach and TRE practitioner. But before I ever became a guide for others, I was the woman living in survival mode.

For years, I felt disconnected from myself. On the outside, I was functioning, but inside I carried shame, anxiety, and a constant sense that something was wrong with me. I tried to push through, to “be strong,” but it only left me more exhausted and more disconnected.

Everything began to change when I discovered how much of this wasn’t about me being broken — it was my nervous system trying to protect me. Learning the science of the body, reconnecting with myself through somatic practices, and slowly meeting myself with compassion transformed everything.

That’s why I created this programme. Because I know how painful it feels to live on autopilot, stuck in survival mode, and I also know how powerful it is to take small, safe steps back toward yourself.

In this course, I don’t just give you information — I share the exact tools, practices, and insights that have supported my own healing and the healing of many clients I’ve worked with. My approach is gentle, grounded in science, and rooted in compassion.

This programme is designed for those who feel stuck in survival mode — constantly “on edge,” exhausted, or carrying old patterns of self-criticism and shame. You don’t need any prior experience with somatic practices or meditation. All you need is a willingness to try small, gentle steps toward feeling safer in your own body.

Question 2: How much time will I need each week?

Each week includes one teaching video (around 10–15 minutes), a 10-minute guided meditation, and a short journaling or somatic exercise you can return to daily. Most people spend around 30–45 minutes a week engaging with the materials, but you are welcome to go at your own pace.

Question 3: Do I have to do the course live?

Question 4: What if I feel overwhelmed during the practices?
