The 6-Week Reset is a focused, high-intensity container designed to pull you out of the "Survival Mode" fog. We focus entirely on Stage 1: Safety. We stop the spiralling, we quiet the noise and we put the first iron-clad boundaries in place so you can finally catch your breath.

This is a safe, supportive space where you'll be heard, held and guided gently towards clarity and confidence, using trauma informed coaching techniques and nervous system regulation tools.

What we do in 6 Weeks:

Shutting Down the Alarm:

We use the Her Serenity Method™ to tell your nervous system that the "war" is over. We find the tools that actually work to stop the shaking and the spiralling.

The "Grey Rock" Mastery:

We script your boundaries. You’ll learn how to stop being an emotional vending machine for toxic people. You’ll give them nothing, so you can keep everything for yourself.

Trusting Your Gut Again:

We start clearing out the gaslighting. If you feel like something is wrong, it is. We start rebuilding the bridge to your own intuition.

Grounding the Chaos:

By the end of week 6, you won’t be "perfect," but you will be steady. You’ll have your feet back on the floor.
